Any damage caused by pets will be deducted from the security deposit. Please ensure your dog is under control at all times especially on campsites where there may be restrictions.
04.
What documents do I need to hire a van?
We will need to see all driver's licences for the named driver (s) to be insured on the van. This will need to include your card licence and the code obtained from https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk/driving-record/licence-number as this will allow us to check your driving history online before the vehicle is released to you. Paper licence documents and/ or photocopies of driving licence cards will not be accepted.
We will also require two utility bills and/or other official letters (no older than 3 months old). These can be print outs or online documents emailed to us before your hire period. If emailed please ensure this is one week before your hire period.
Without these documents we will be unable to release the van to you.
05.
What is the pick up and drop off time?
If you are collecting the van from us the collection time is 2pm and return is by 11am. Other arrangements can be made depending on availability.
We understand there may be times when you may be late returning the van for reasons out of your control. In this instance you should contact us. If you are late for an unacceptable reason or explanation you will be charged a late fee of £25 per hour if it impacts on the next hire. This will be deducted from your security deposit.

Campsite bookings
We do not currently offer a campsite booking service so you will need to book any campsites yourself. We recommend researching and booking your sites well in advance as turning up at sites may lead to disappointment. Our vans are fully off grid so wild camping may be an option for you. Please ensure you follow any local bylaws and do not park in carparks designated no overnight parking as any fines will need to be paid by yourselves.
